Classic hospitality, contemporary ease
Refined dining, gaming and five-star living in a single stunning setting. We have welcomed guests since 1996, and the bar has only risen. Arrive for a weekend; depart with a memory worth retelling.
A shoreline escape, three decades in the making.
Established in 1996 on a secluded stretch of Mediterranean coast, Amberpalmplaza was built for travellers who judge a place by how it feels rather than what it displays. We began with six rooms, a kitchen and a modest bar. Today there are 200 keys, three restaurants and two private gaming salons — yet that original kitchen still serves dinner nightly.
From casino floors to spa terraces, every space and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has been here for many years. Continuity is not a slogan for us; it is the whole philosophy.
Every guide that matters has awarded us five stars, but the accolade we value most cannot be framed: more than 68 percent of annual reservations come from returning guests. That is the sole metric we track.
Subtle touches, executed with care
Nothing here shouts. Everything is intentional. That is what our regulars notice — and return for.
Sunset Terraces
Three west-facing outdoor dining tiers arranged so no two tables sit directly opposite one another. Golden hour here runs roughly forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, music and lighting around it for years.
FIND OUT MORE →Live Entertainment
Jazz in the main bar, headline acts in the rotunda, intimate lounge sets four evenings a week. The Thursday pianist has been with us for years. Some guests book flights just to hear him play.
FIND OUT MORE →Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas and a private beach with chilled towels throughout the day. Guests under sixteen are welcome only in the family pool — the remainder are kept deliberately calm.

Anyone can install a chandelier. Anyone can line a bathroom with marble. What takes decades is the instinct of an exceptional service team — the pause before they pour, the way the door closes behind them. That is what we have spent 30 years cultivating. The marble is secondary.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong one. Over 30 years we chose one path and held to it. Every colleague — from reception to kitchen porters — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what excellence looks like. No building can manufacture that on its own. It comes from people.
We hope you will visit and judge for yourself. And when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so the next 30 years surpass the last.
